When the new trainee succesfully completes their trial period, they get full access to the highest levels of one-on-one training with their own mentors and much more.

Additionally, we provide professional and personalized fitness plans, dietitian advice, and training focused on personal branding and networking, particularly inspired by successful practices from the Korean Pop industry from BYTM's founders. Our programs are designed to empower trainees to succeed in their respective fields.

BYTM Entertainment employs a tiered commission structures and base salaries that reward trainees based on their performance and success levels. As trainees excel in their careers—measured through metrics such as merch sales, modeling jobs, engagement rates and overall contributions—they even become eligible for increased commission rates. For example, top-performing trainees might receive favorable splits, such as 60/40 or even 70/30 in their favor. This structure is designed to incentivize hard work and promote long-term growth within the agency. All trainees get a 50/50 commission on all their earnings from the start!

Our referral program allows existing trainees to earn rewards for bringing their friends in as new trainees to BYTM Entertainment. When a current trainee refers someone, both the referrer and the new trainee receive bonuses! The new trainee benefits from a discounted management fee, while the existing trainee receives a monetary reward once the referred trainee successfully completes their trial period of 31 days. This program encourages collaboration and growth within our label, benefiting everyone involved.
