Shipping Rates

BUT YEAH THATS ME charges flat Shipping Fees which are €5 for customers within The Netherlands, €20 for customers within the EU and €25 for customers outside of the EU. Please note that all customers from countries outside of the European Union are obligated to pay any extra costs that are incurred outside of the initial shipping costs. This includes but is not limited to tariffs, import duties and other taxes. Make sure you are aware of any extra costs your shipment may incur during or after your shipment has gone through customs in your country when ordering outside of the European Union as you are soley responsible for the handling and paying of these costs and cannot be given to BUT YEAH THATS ME under any circumstances.

 

Shipping Estimates

We aim to process all orders within 24 HOURS. All orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. This may be subject to change due to delays, high volumes of orders or postal service problems outside of our control.

 

International Shipping

As mentioned before, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BUT YEAH THATS ME is NOT responsible for these charges if they are applied and are soley your responsibility as the customer.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at butyeahthatsme@hotmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please do not use a P.O. Box address when ordering as we cannot guarantee delivery to said addresses. BUT YEAH THAT'S ME is NOT responsible for any delays or issues born out of failure to comply with this part of the Shipping Policy. 

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at butyeahthatsme@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
